What we have in the works!

Our Mission

To connect small to medium fiber growers by helping increase access to education, funding, and create collaborative efforts to assist flock owners to build a stronger herd/crop. To support growers incorporating sustainable and regenerative practices on their farms, and to connect these growers to artists, retailers, and consumers thereby creating a closed loop ecosystem of sustainability for fiber producers in Georgia.

Our 5 year plan:

We plan to implement a mapping project Fall of 2024 in order to gather data for our 3 tiered programming.

We are currently seeking grant funding to assist us with paying for the initial equipment necessary for 2 basic products in our renewable bio product development.

We are working to connect with the Renewable Bio Product Institute at Georgia Tech, so that we can begin development of our product line.

Help us Yarn Bomb the column out front of the shop!

Bring in knit or crocheted patches for us to assemble to cover the column outside our door and help us yarnify our space.

We accept donations of yarn and fabric.

We support the Druid Hills High Fiber Arts Club, the Dekalb School of the Arts Fiber Club, and the Give Center West.

We also donate to elder care facilities and rehab centers.

Your dollars do good!

We regularly donate to local orgs that support and center Black, Brown, Indigenous & Marginalized Peoples. We are striving to find ways to lower the cost of our classes to promote equity to access.
