Monthly Classes

This craft session is geared towards littles and is a different craft each month. Let your kiddos explore craft and use their imagination to create. Ages 4+, parent or guardian presence is required. Cost: $5

Whether you are brand new, need a refresher, or want to learn the next steps; we can help get you there. We have materials for use in class, but you may bring your own to learn with. Appropriate for ages 8+. Cost $30

Whether you are brand new to crochet or need help moving to the next step our 101 class can help you learn the basics or move to the next step. Materials provided for use in class, but you are welcome to bring a hook if you have your own. Appropriate for ages 8+. Cost: $30

Join us as we work through altering clothes to fit your needs, mending worn items to extend the life, and how to sustainably enhance your wardrobe. We will be using sewing, needle felting, and embroidery techniques. Class cost includes instruction and mending/altering materials. Please bring 1-2 items from your own wardrobe to work on. Cost: $20

Learn to Spin: Drop Spindle
Learn to hand spin yarn using a drop spindle. This 3 hour class is a great beginner class (or refresher course!), taught by local Hand Spinner, Sandy Kadrie. Ages 10+. All materials are included in class cost.

Intro to Rigid Heddle Weaving
This 4 hour class will teach you the Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom and to begin weaving. We'll make a mug rug for you to take home using our shop looms. Class cost includes all materials and instruction. Ages 12+

Macrame Earring Class
Join us for this family friendly class learning the trendy art of macrame. We'll be making a beautiful pair of feather earrings so you can proudly wear your art. This pattern uses only a few basic knots and is a great intro to macrame. Cost of class includes instruction and all materials. Ages 10+

Crochet Amigurumi - Intermediate Class
This intermediate Crochet class will teach you magic ring and increase and decrease shaping with multiple colors. You must have basic crochet knowledge: chain, single, and double stitches. We will not be able to teach you from the beginning. We'll all make a little Peach friend. Class cost includes materials, but if you have a hook you prefer, please bring it (size 5mm).

Community Craft Day
Join us for a community craft day making animal blankets, beds, toys, etc for our Make along with GPB for the final season of All Creatures Great and Small. We are making donations for PAWS Atlanta. Bring a project you've already started or join us and begin a new one. This event is free and open to all.

Kids Sewing Camp
This half day sewing camp is appropriate for ages 10+ and can be a single day or stacked for the entire week. We’ll make a pillow, felt banner, sock puppet, and small stuffy. Sewing machines are available for use, but if you own one, you can bring it. We’ll do snack and lunch, please pack food for your kiddo and a water bottle. Ages 10+
